Historical Restoration Specialists
The project featured in the pictures above was very unique. The windows had all been filled in with brick and the corner of the building was filled in with block. Our job was to remove all of the masonry that was not a part of the original brick work and to grind and repoint this entire building. Often demolition is a part of historical restoration project.
This turned out gorgeous!

Masonry Restoration is an art. Many Masons work with new construction but have little to no experience with the demolition side of this. Often understanding how historic masonry was originally put together will lead to the success or failure of a project.
What material we are working with matters.
Historical masonry units are a completely different animal. They are much softer than today’s products. Masonry is very temperamental and needs maintained by a professional that understands the product.
